Crews were on the scene of a two vehicle accident this morning near Sarver.
It happened around 7:20 a.m. on Route 28 at exit 17—which is the Butler/Freeport exit to Route 356.
Dispatchers say it happened on the northbound exit ramp when two vehicles collided.
One woman reportedly suffered a neck injury.
