A woman is facing charges after an infant was found with THC in her system.
25-year-old Ashley Williams of Butler is charged with endangering the welfare of children. Butler Township Police say the charges were brought after a 10-month-old baby in Williams care was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with signs of impairment.
Police say the child was found to have THC in her system.
Williams was also charged with having a small amount of marijuana.
