A winter celebration returns this weekend to Moraine State Park.
The annual Winterfest is set for Saturday at Moraine from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be plenty of activities to explore the park, learn about different programs, and enjoy food and drinks.
A soup contest is new to Winterfest this year; it will have multiple competitors sampling their best soups—but tickets to the contest are limited.
Parking is available at the McDanels Launch.
The event is free and open to the public.
