Thursday Night Football: The defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles defeated the New York Giants 34-13. The Eagles avoided their first three-game losing streak since 2016. Quarterback Carson Wentz threw three touchdown passes for the Eagles, who are now 3-3. Giants running back Sayquon Barkley rushed for 130 yards as the Giants fell to 1-5.
Penn State will host Michigan State for a 3:30pm kick-off Saturday. Hear the game on WBUT 1050am at 2pm.
Pitt will visit Notre Dame for a 2:30pm kick-off Saturday.
Slippery Rock will host Edinboro for a Homecoming football game Saturday at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium. The Coach Shawn Lutz Show begins at 1:30pm on The Rock Station 97.7fm.
