If you want to vote in next month’s midterm election, you have to get registered by today.
Acting Secretary of State Robert Torres says the easiest way to do so is online at votespa.com.
If you don’t want to register online, you can do so in-person at the Butler County Bureau of Elections office inside the Butler County Government Center in downtown Butler. You can mail a registration form to the office, but it must be postmarked by today.
A registered voter who plans to cast an absentee ballot has until Oct. 30 to request one. Absentee ballots must be received in the county election office by 5 p.m. on Nov. 2.
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 6.
