After having to cancel last year due to the pandemic, the sidewalks of Downtown Butler are expected to be filled with people today for the annual parade.
It’s scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. with a moment of silence set for 11 a.m.–which is when the armistice of World War I was signed.
The parade will travel south on Main Street, ending in Diamond Park.
WBUT 1050 AM and 97.3 FM will be broadcasting the parade live today. Bob Cupp will be joined by local veteran Mike Franko on the broadcast.
