State police in Kittannning were called to the scene of a one vehicle crash on August 31, 2017.
This incident happened on route 156 in Armstrong County at 3:30 a.m. When police arrived at the scene it was discovered that the 19-year-old male driver, whose name has not been released, was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He was arrested for DUI and charges are pending results of blood test.
