PennDOT is preparing for the heavy rain and gusty winds in the forecast for today.
They’re also advising drivers that they may see some restrictions put in place due to the stormy conditions.
Tier 2 restrictions have already been put in place on the Pennsylvania Turnpike from New Stanton to Breezewood.
Those restrictions mainly impact tractor trailers, along with banning buses, RVs, and motorcycles from the highway.
