Three helicopters were called in for a vehicle accident in Buffalo Township last night with multiple injuries.
Just after 8:30 p.m. last night a call was made to the Butler County 911 Center for a vehicle accident on the 500 block of South Pike Road just past the Giant Eagle.
Details on the crash aren’t clear but dispatch reported that when officers arrived on scene they found a vehicle on fire.
Two people are reported to have suffered burn injuries while another suffered a fracture. There is currently no update on their condition.
Three life flight helicopters were called to transport the individuals to Pittsburgh hospitals.
Crews were able to clear the scene with an hour.
