PennDOT has reduced the speed limits on several area roadways Monday morning due to the bad weather conditions.
The speed limit has been reduced to 45 miles per hour on Interstates 79, 279 and 376; and Route 28.
PennDOT says they are out continuing to treat roadways but advise motorists to stay off the roads if they can.
Also, the speed limit on the PA Turnpike west of Somerset has been reduced to 45 miles per hour.
