67 cases of E. coli have been reported across 19 states that the Center for Disease Control says is linked to romaine lettuce.
The CDC says not to eat or purchase any lettuce that was harvested in the Salinas, California growing region. Most bags of lettuce will have the growing location on the label.
The report said three to five E. coli cases have been reported in Pennsylvania.
