This week is Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Week and local emergency responders are offering a class that could help to save a life.
Slippery Rock Fire Rescue team members will be teaching a Community CPR Class on Wednesday, May 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 162 Elm Street.
The Health Care CPR or Heart Saver CPR both have a new curriculum that no longer recommends mouth to mouth on adults.
The cost for this class is $20 per person and the class is limited to 30 students. To register or for more information, call 724-794-3817 ext. 2.
