A popular women’s fashion brand has reached a settlement with PA Attorney General Josh Shapiro.
LuLaRoe has settled with the state for $110,000 a result of complaints from state residents who say they were overdue refunds for returned merchandise.
Shapiro says that people were promised a “no risk” opportunity to sell LuLaRoe pieces. However, the company allegedly lacked the capacity to process refund claims, and resulted in lost money for the independent sellers.
