Governor Josh Shapiro has once again joined a suit against the Trump Administration over federal funds not being given to the state.
The state is looking to get $185 million of education funding to 116 Pennsylvania schools for health resources for students, internet access, and HVAC installation to improve student health and safety.
Shapiro has already returned $2.7 billion in federal funding owed to the Pennsylvania since federal funding cuts began.
