The ongoing battle over the statewide school mask mandate continues Wednesday.
The state Supreme Court will hear arguments on the constitutionality of the mask mandate that was put in place by the Acting Secretary of Health earlier this year.
This is the next step in the process as local attorneys won the argument in front of the Commonwealth Court, but that was appealed to State Supreme Court.
The mask mandate was put back in place until the Supreme Court heard arguments.
