Cranberry Township is getting an early start on the holiday season this weekend with the first in a series of events.
The annual Santa’s First Stop event is returning this year on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Township Municipal Center.
This event will include crafts and games in the Municipal Center gym along with live reindeer and a variety of food trucks. Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive on an antique fire engine around 7 p.m. Cranberry Township EMS encourages those planning to attend to bring a new toy for the Stuff Our Ambulance effort benefitting Toys for Tots.
Santa will not be available for photos at this event but will return to meet with kids during Milk and Cookie gatherings Saturday, December 4th and Sunday, December 5th.
