Members of the community are coming together to honor and celebrate health care workers early next week.
The Butler Clergy Network is organizing a Ring of Light for Monday outside Butler Memorial Hospital.
It will take place twice that day with each time frame expected to last 30 minutes each. The first opportunity will be from 6:30 a.m.-7 a.m. while the second chance to participate will be between 7:30 p.m.-8 p.m.
Community members are asked to bring a flashlight, or use their cell phone lights, if they would like to participate in an effort to show the hospital workers and medical staff that they are supported in their continued struggle through the pandemic.
Participants are asked to park in the Brady Street lot across from the hospital.
This is a similar tribute to the hospital workers that happened in December of last year.

You can hear our interview with The Rev. Kimberly vanDriel, with First English Lutheran Church in Butler, who spearheaded the effort, here as we talk about the event.
