A re-introduced bill in the Pennsylvania State House looks to help future home buyers purchase their first home.
The bill would allow for future first time home buyers to place $5,000 a year in a savings account intended to be spent on a home pretax. Contributors would be able to place up to $50,000 over a 10-year period.
Money saved in the account would be saved for a down payment and help with closing costs.
