Many local residents are waking up to no power this Thanksgiving morning after high winds knocked out electricity.
According to West Penn Power, a total of nearly 78 customers are without power with the majority of them in Penn Township. Earlier Thursday morning, as many as 700 residents experienced loss of power with over 500 in Butler Township.
Additional service disruptions have been reported in the City of Butler and Center Township. No estimated time of restoration is currently available.
Central Electric Cooperative is reporting 10 total outages in Butler County with most of those in Parker.
