Police are looking for a vehicle that was involved in a hit and run Friday afternoon in East Butler.
Shortly after 2 p.m. on Friday police were called to the intersection of Grant Avenue and Hamilton Road for a vehicle that hit a sign and a parked vehicle.
When State Police arrived on scene they found that a vehicle had hit a Butler City Fishing Club sign and a legally parked vehicle, then fled from the scene.
According to police the vehicle at some point lost control and crossed over into opposite lane of traffic before colliding with sign and parked vehicle.
A description of the vehicle has not been provided but anyone with information is asked to contact State Police.
