Butler Township Police have made an arrest with a hit-and-run that happened in July.
Police say the crash happened at the Speedway convenient store back on July 6th. After an investigation, police found the car that hit the other vehicle.
After pulling the vehicle over, one of the passenger’s in the car, Justin Dailey had a gun in his possession. Police found that Dailey did not have a permit to carry a gun and that the firearm was stolen from Ohio.
Dailey is facing multiple charges.
