
A local woman is facing felony charges following a search of a residence in the City of Butler earlier this week by law enforcement.
According to a criminal complaint filed by the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, officers executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Mackey Avenue around 6 a.m. on Wednesday.
Police found 286 stamp bags containing a substance suspected to be heroin or fentanyl along with other drug paraphernalia and nearly $2,500 in cash from a suspected heroin trafficking operation.
Resident 33-year-old Erika Ringler was taken into custody and charged with felony Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. She was booked into the Butler County Prison on $100,000 bond.
