The NCAA men’s basketball tournament games in Pittsburgh begin today. Oklahoma and Rhode Island will tip-off at 12:15pm at PPG Paints Arena. Iona and Duke play at 2:45pm. Radford and Villanova meet at 6:50pm. Alabama and Virginia Tech cap the night at 9:20pm.
In “First Four” games last night: Syracuse defeated Arizona State 60-56. The Orange move on to face Jamie Dixon-led TCU Friday night. Texas Southern defeated North Carolina Central 64-46.
The Penn State men won their first round game of the NIT Tournament 63-57 over Temple.
