The Pittsburgh Pirates won their 10th game in a row last night following a 7-0 win over the Cleveland Indians. The game was shortened to six innings due to rain. Starling Marte had two hits and extended his hitting streak to 16 games.
The Pirates winning streak is the second-longest in Major League Baseball this year, and their longest since a 10-game run in 2004.
