The Pittsburgh Pirates have signed free-agent outfielder Lonnie Chisenhall to a one-year contract. The 30-year old was limited to 29 games because of injury with Cleveland last season. His addition will help replace Gregory Polanco who is recovering from shoulder surgery. The left-handed hitter can also play the corner infield positions.
