The Pittsburgh Pirates fell to the visiting St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday night, losing by a final of 8-4.
Leading the Buccos offensively were Adam Frasier (one hit and two RBI) and Francisco Cervelli (two hits and one run). Cervelli started at first base on Saturday, as Elias Diaz started at catcher. Ivan Nova was the starting pitcher for the Bucs. He pitched four innings, giving up eight hits and four runs while striking out three.
