The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the San Diego Padres 2-1 Friday night at PNC Park.
Joe Musgrove went seven innings for the Bucs and struck out eight batters in the process. Jose Osuna came up with the game winning RBI in the seventh inning scoring Steven Brault.
The Pirates and Padres will play again today at 4:05 p.m. You can hear coverage of that game on WISR 680am starting with the pregame show at 3:40 p.m.
