The Pittsburgh Penguins lost to the Boston Bruins 4-1 Sunday at PPG Paints Arena. Rickard Rakell scored the only Penguins goal. It was his 35th of the season. Tristan Jarry stopped 28 of 31 shots from the Bruins, who scored an empty-net goal late in the game.
The Penguins had defeated the New Jersey Devils 4-2 Friday night.
The Penguins host the Washington Capitals for their final game of the season Thursday. It is their annual “Shirts Off Our Backs” game.
