One lane of Route 308 in northern Butler County is expected to be closed beginning Wednesday as PennDOT begins another project.
Traffic on Route 308 in both Cherry and Clay townships will be restricted to one lane of alternating traffic- controlled by flaggers- between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The work- which includes milling, patching and guiderail upgrades- is expected to continue through the end of August. PennDOT says drivers should expect delays in the mornings and early afternoons.
Restrictions will begin at the intersection of Rt. 308 and Boyers Road, and end at the intersection of Route 308 and Branchton Road.
