There’s still time to sign up for an upcoming virtual seminar about urban landscaping practices.
Penn State Extension is offering the “Changing Landscaping Practices: Implications for Landowners and Local Officials” presentation from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday.
This webinar will be presented by experts and educators from a variety of organizations across the state. Topics will include the benefits of alternatives to large, mowed lawns such as creating or maintaining natural areas like native meadows or patches of woods.
There is no cost to participate but registration is required to access to a recording of the program. Those interested should register through Penn State Extension’s website.
