The Pittsburgh Penguins suffered their first loss of the 2018-2019 season on Saturday, losing to the Montreal Canadiens by a final of 5-1.
Riley Sheahan scored the lone goal for the Penguins. Kris Letang earned an assist on the goal, which was his 441st career point, the most by a Penguins’ defenseman. Goalie Matt Murray made 24 saves on 29 shots in the losing effort.
The Pens will return to action on Thursday (October 11th) when they host the Vegas Golden Knights. You can catch all of the action, starting with pregame coverage at 6:30pm on WISR 680AM. Faceoff is set for just after 7pm.
