A pedestrian is recovering after being injured in a crash yesterday in Evans City.
The crash happened last night just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and Franklin Street.
Details on the crash are not clear, but dispatchers say a woman was hit by the car and was on the ground when crews arrived. The woman was conscious, but suffered an injury to her head.
She was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital by ambulance.
Crews cleared the scene by 7:15 p.m.
