Pennsylvania unemployment rose slightly according to the latest job numbers.
The January jobs report says the state unemployment rate rose by one-tenth a percentage to 3.8 percent.
That still remains below the national average of 4 percent.
The Department of Labor say non-farm jobs were up nearly 10,000 over the last month—bringing the estimated workforce in Pennsylvania to 6.1 million.
County unemployment numbers will be released later this month.
