Over 3,000 people were denied purchasing a firearm across the state this past quarter according to Pennsylvania State Police.
After conducting nearly 300,000 background checks from September through December, the state police denied 3,700 people from buying a gun.
Police also arrested 32 people who had an active warrant for their arrest when they tried to purchase a firearm.
