One person was seriously injured and another suffered minor injuries following an accident on West Sunbury Road Tuesday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 4 p.m. for the crash near West Holyoke Road.
Crews from Unionville were among those dispatched to the scene to find a man entrapped in a vehicle. A helicopter was called for medical transport and it is believed that a woman and young child involved in this crash were also taken to the hospital.
A portion of West Sunbury Road needed to be closed for a time to allow for cleanup. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
