Investigators from the National Weather Service will likely be out Monday investigating if a tornado- or tornadoes- came through the area Sunday evening.
Butler- as well as surrounding counties (Mercer, Armstrong and Clarion)- were under back-to-back tornado warnings starting around 6 p.m.

There were also reports of a possible tornado in Rimersburg, Clarion County.
Rain and thunderstorms are possible on Monday. Butler County will be under a Flash Flood Watch from 2 p.m. Monday through late Tuesday night as repeated periods of heavy rain are possible over the next couple of days.
