Pennsylvania has announced the revenue collected for November was less than anticipated but general funding is still near expected levels.
The Commonwealth brought in a total of $2.9 billion which was 2.9 percent less than anticipated. For the year, the states general fund collection is at $16.8 billion which is one tenth of a percent above estimates.
Sales tax receipts continue to be the main driver of revenue, bringing in $1.1 billion in which is about $13.8 million above estimate.
The largest missing estimates were personal income tax revenue at $1.1 billion with $41.2 million below estimates and corporation tax revenue at $185 million with $56 million below estimates.
