Shooting range permits can now be purchased at any licensing agent as well as online.
According to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, previously permits could only be purchased online and printed at home or physically purchased at the agency’s Harrisburg headquarters or six region offices.
Range permits are now available anywhere hunting licenses are sold but those buying them online through the Game Commission’s website can continue to print them at home.
Permits cost $31.90 each and permit holders must be at least 16 years old. The new range permit and hunting license year begins tomorrow (Monday).
