There were 16 new cases of COVID-19 and one additional death for Butler County Monday.
That now brings the death toll to 413 since the beginning of the pandemic.
Over the seven days, our reporting shows that last week was the fewest number of new cases since the beginning of the year.
As of Friday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating eight patients for the coronavirus, with three COVID patients in the ICU.
Statewide, the trend of declining cases in continuing too. There were just under 1,000 new cases reported today.
Hospitalizations across the state also went down, with 1,436 receiving treatment. That’s the fewest hospitalized patients in the state since March 15th.
