A man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash over the weekend in Mercer County.
According to State Police, 36-year-old Jonathan Hobart of Jackson Center man was driving his motorcycle on Route 19 just after 1 p.m. on Saturday when another vehicle turned in front of him.
Authorities say Hobart then struck the passenger side doors of the car.
A previous version of this story said that Hobart died as a result of the accident. The public information report issued by State Police in the Mercer County Barracks had incorrectly stated that Hobert died at the hospital. Friends and family say he’s currently in the ICU at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
