A Mercer County man is facing multiple charges following an incident last month.
According to Grove City Police, officers were called out to the 300 block of Blaine Street early in the morning of August 28th.
An investigation of the incident led police to conclude that 21-year-old Nathan Shank assaulted and choked a male who needed to be treated for his minor injuries at the hospital. Police also allege that Shank supplied an underage male with alcohol.
Shank has been charged with simple assault, strangulation, harassment, and furnishing alcohol to minors.
