A student from Mars High School has been named the 2019 Big Butler Fair queen.
Madison Myers, 16, was crowned in June and is currently serving as a community ambassador for the fair, which runs through Saturday.
Myers had to complete a written essay, an interview, and give a persuasive speech on how the Big Butler Fair impacts the community during the annual contest.
In addition to the title, Myers was awarded a $500 scholarship.
