Students at a local school are holding a collection to benefit the Butler County Humane Society.
The drive at Mars Area Centennial School will take place Monday through Friday of this upcoming week.
Items being collected include: canned dog and cat food, treats, leashes, heating pads, paper towels, garbage bags, newspaper, blankets, and sheets.
Donations can be dropped off at the school’s main office during school hours.
