An Armstrong County man is facing charges after he was accused of stealing funds from a local athletic group.
According to State Police, a representative from Armstrong Indoor Athletics recently went to the Kittanning Barracks to report a theft of approximately $12,000 that occurred over the last year.
Authorities say that 34-year-old Justin Cook is accused of stealing the funds over the last year during his time as a youth baseball coach within the organization.
Police say that Cook faces charges including Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.
