The Butler County Drug Task Force took three people into custody as part of a raid at a Butler apartment.
County narcotics officers executed a search warrant just after 8 p.m. Wednesday on an apartment in the at 300-block of West New Castle Street and found 36-year-old Pittsburgh native Michael Medley hiding in the living room closet.
Also in the closet under a pile of clothes, officers allegedly seized about 20 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a loaded 9 millimeter handgun with a destroyed serial number, and over $2,000 in cash.
The raid followed a July investigation by the task force into the alleged sale of crack at the apartment.
Two others were also arrested. 33-year-old Tony Mendoza of Allegheny County and 29-year-old Mustafa Hill of Philadelphia were taken into custody from the apartment next door on outstanding warrants.
