Congressman Mike Kelly has joined Senators Dave McCormick and John Fetterman in calling on Secretary of State Marco Rubio to help bring home Marc Fogel.
The Butler County native was detained by Russian authorities in August 2021 after being found in an airport with medical marijuana.
Fogel was sentenced to 14 years in prison in June 2022, with Moscow rejecting repeated requests for his release from the U.S. Department of State.
The bipartisan letter to Rubio is one that Fetterman says demonstrates the unified effort to bring Fogel home.
