Motorists traveling on a portion of Interstate 79 in Jackson Township on Monday could encounter rolling roadblocks in order to allow for the filming of a movie.
According to PennDOT, the closures will take place between 1 and 3:30 p.m. on Monday on I79 northbound from Exit 88 Little Creek Road to a turn-around right after mile marker 90.4 about two miles away. Southbound traffic in this section of road could also be affected.
These rolling roadblocks will slow or stop traffic in order to temporarily remove traffic from the road.
Netflix is filming driving vehicles on that section of road for the upcoming movie “Sweet Girl”.
