Outpatient rehabilitation is now one of the services available at Independence Health System’s Slippery Rock location on Innovation Drive.
An experienced team of IHS therapists work one-on-one with patients to assist with techniques and programs tailored for each individual to help improve recovery beginning at the facility and continuing at home.
Independence Health System also offers a variety of other services at the Slippery Rock location including primary care, cardiovascular, Fastercare, walk-in laboratory, and imaging services.
