Boys Soccer:
–The Butler Boys Soccer team tied North Allegheny 1-1. The Golden Tornado finished third in their section during the regular season, and have advanced to the WPIAL playoffs. Adam Blose scored the Butler goal on an assist by Landon Mohney.
–The Karns City Boys lost their first match of the season, falling 4-3 in overtime to West Shamokin.
Girls Soccer:

–Knoch-1 Indiana-1 in overtime.

–North Catholic’s Maddie Smithco qualified for the PIAA 2A Golf championship Monday. Smithco was sixth at the Western Region Championship at Tom’s Run in Blairsville. Caroline Wrigley of North Allegheny won the 3A Western Region title with a -1 under 71.
