High School Sports Results:
Girls Golf:–Butler defeated Armstrong 170-247. Butler’s Paige Scott led all golfer with a 37. Maggie Feczko was runner-up with a 41. The Golden Tornado ended the regular season 11-2 overall and 8-2 in their section.
–Mars defeated Pine-Richland 193-200.
Boys Golf: Skyler Fox of Riverside shot a 68 to win the Boys 2A Individual WPIAL championship for the third consecutive time. He is just the third golfer in WPIAL history in any classification to do so, and the first since Frank Fuhrer III from 1974 to 1976.
Boys Soccer:
–Butler defeated Pine-Richland 1-0. Donovan Uber scored the game-winner with two minutes remaining in the game. Austin Goepfert was in goal for Butler for the shutout.
Girls Volleyball:
–Pine-Richland-3 Butler-0.

Girls Tennis:
—In varsity girls AAA section 2 doubles tournament, Butler #1 doubles Reagan Sommariva and Sydney Hanratty defeated Mars #2 doubles Isabela Godosh and Lauren Mike 10 -2, then lost in 2nd round to #1 double Alyssa Sarver and Abbey Nardulli 10-4. Then, #2 doubles for Butler, Caroline Simms and Natalie Cherry lost to N.Allegheny #1 Riyadh Yadav and Ella Sinciline 10-1.
–The Butler Junior High Cross Country teams swept North Hills and Fox Chapel Thursday. Drew Griffith and Ava Brewster led the Butler runners to the finish line. Both teams are 4-2 this season.
